After the SCNC Governing Board was squelched no less than three times by the City Attorney’s Office, an L.A. activist is now asking the same pesky questions about former SCNC Boardmember, Jane Drucker’s, signature landing on a sworn statement authored by stakeholder, James Kellem.
Those “witness statements,” initially cited as key evidence in disqualifying the prevailing SCNC election candidates, Patrice Berlin and Eric Preven, were packaged by stakeholder cum election-challenger–Lisa Sarkin’s good friend— Stuart ’Stu’ Miller.
After a second hearing of a “non-appeallable” process, Berlin and Preven were reinstated, which meant Sarkin didn’t get her old board seat back. Given her numerous appearances down at City Hall railing about this to anyone who’ll listen, she appears to be mad!
SCNC attempted numerous times to formally request, someone, anyone to investigate whether the “evidence” was fraudulently doctored or indeed perjured. Or..
Of course, the City Attorney who created the flawed process thinks it’s a bad idea for the SCNC to even discuss it. Ever. Again. Perhaps Jane Drucker will come forward and explain how her signature got on James Kellem’s witness statement?
