If you are one of the 63 voters who were given a “provisional ballot”, please follow through with the request to provide more documentation — you have until Monday April 11 at 11:59pm to provide it for your vote to count.

Some categories were quite close so your vote could easily make the difference!

According to EmpowerLA  Neighborhood Council Elections Administrator Jay Handal,  sixty three provisional ballots were issued…and need to be converted to votes by Monday April 11 at 11.59 PM (see email below). Voters have to supply valid substantiation by that time.

The final provisional ballot review is slated for April 12 at 10am — at the C. Erwin Piper Technical Center in Downtown LA.

Greetings Studio City Neighborhood Council Board and 2016 Elections Candidates:
Congratulations and a sincere “Thank You” to all for participating in Studio City Neighborhood Council 2016 Elections.
As you are already aware, the Studio City Neighborhood Council 2016 Elections yielded 63 Provisional Ballots.  Provisional voters have until 11:59 PM on Monday, April 11, 2016 to provide requisite documentation in order to complete their Provisional Ballot.
Attached please find the list of provisional voters.  Here is your chance to reach out to any of these provisional voters, to remind and encourage them to submit the required documentation in order to verify their selected candidate category voting.  Please bear in mind that some may have already provided documentation, others may have not.  I do not know if any of these provisional voters have submitted anything, nor if they have submitted the required verifiable documentation.
NOTE:  Provisional ballots will be opened and associated with voter-provided documentation as follows:
